Terms of Service & Registration Agreement
This Agreement governs your access to and use of the HinduSwad Logistics Jobs Portal operated by Hindu Swad Private Limited. It establishes a legally binding contract between you (the candidate) and Hindu Swad. Please read carefully - paying special attention to the non-refundability of application fees and document submission obligations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Candidate”, “Applicant”, “you”, or “your”) and Hindu Swad Private Limited (“HinduSwad”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating the HinduSwad Logistics Jobs recruitment portal (“Platform”).
By accessing the Platform, creating a candidate account, submitting an application, paying the application fee, or uploading any document, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not submit any application or payment.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age and not more than 35 years of age (unless the specific role specifies otherwise) to register and apply on the Platform.
- Citizenship: You must be a citizen of India with a valid government-issued photo identity proof.
- Minimum Qualification: You must possess at least a 10th standard (SSLC) pass certificate, or such higher qualification as required by the specific role you apply for.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout the application process. Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading information - including false experience, forged documents, or misrepresented qualifications - is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Indian law.
- Single Account: Each candidate may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent ban of all associated accounts without refund of any fees paid.
- Communication Consent: By registering, you consent to receive transactional and operational communications via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls relating to your application status, assessment slots, onboarding, and associated services.
3. Account Security & User Responsibility
- Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number, password, OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party.
- Account Liability: All actions taken under your account - including application submissions, document uploads, and payment transactions - are deemed to have been authorised by you. HinduSwad shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
- Notification of Breach: You must immediately notify HinduSwad at support@hinduswad.in upon discovering any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
- Device Security: You are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access the Platform is secure and free from malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software.
4. Platform Role & Liability (Critical Clause)
HinduSwad operates as a technology-enabled recruitment and onboarding intermediary. The Platform facilitates candidate registration, document collection, fee processing, assessment scheduling, and onboarding coordination for operational roles (Field Officer, Sales Executive, TeleCaller) within logistics, distribution, and allied networks.
- Not an Employer of Record: HinduSwad is not, and does not represent itself to be, the direct employer of all candidates placed through the Platform. The ultimate employment relationship is between you and the partner organisation, logistics entity, or merchant network with whom you are placed.
- No Guarantee of Placement: Completion of the registration process, payment of the application fee, and submission of documents does not guarantee selection, placement, or employment. Placement is subject to satisfactory performance in assessments, document verification, background checks, and operational requirements.
- Partner Organisation Responsibility: Partner organizations that engage candidates through the Platform are independently responsible for the terms of their engagement, compensation, working conditions, and compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Fee Non-Refundability: Application and verification fees are non-refundable (see Section 5). The fee covers operational costs incurred by HinduSwad for document verification, background check coordination, and assessment administration, regardless of the outcome of your application.
5. Application Process & Fee Structure
The application process for all roles involves the following stages:
- Candidate Registration (Mobile Number + Password)
- Personal Details Submission
- Professional & Qualification Details
- Document Upload (Photograph, Aadhaar, Resume, Experience Certificate if applicable)
- Application Fee Payment
- Application Review & Shortlisting
- Written / MCQ Assessment (for Permanent roles)
- Interview (if shortlisted)
- Document Verification & Background Check
- Onboarding & Confirmation
Application Fee Schedule
- Permanent Roles (Field Officer, Sales Executive): ₹1,000 (One Thousand Rupees)
- Temporary / Contract Roles (TeleCaller, Temporary Field): ₹300 (Three Hundred Rupees)
⚠ All application fees are strictly non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed. This includes cases where your application is rejected, you do not appear for the assessment, or you voluntarily withdraw your application at any stage.
Application fees are utilised to cover document verification, Aadhaar and PAN validation, criminal background check coordination, aptitude assessment administration, interview scheduling, and related operational overhead. These costs are incurred immediately upon receipt of payment, irrespective of the subsequent outcome of your application.
6. Pricing & Payments via PayU
- Payment Gateway: All payments on the Platform are processed through PayU (operated by PayU Payments Private Limited), a RBI-regulated payment aggregator. By proceeding to payment, you also agree to PayU's terms of service and privacy policy.
- Accepted Payment Modes: Credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other modes supported by PayU at the time of transaction.
- Transaction Security: HinduSwad does not store your full payment card details, UPI credentials, or net banking credentials. All payment data is handled exclusively by PayU in a PCI-DSS compliant environment. HinduSwad receives only a masked transaction reference and payment status.
- Transaction Records: Upon successful payment, a unique transaction ID (PayU's mihpayid) and an internal reference ID are generated and stored. You should retain your payment confirmation for your records.
- Failed Transactions: In the event of a payment failure, amounts debited from your account but not confirmed as successful on the Platform will typically be reversed by your bank or payment provider within 5–10 business days. HinduSwad shall not be liable for delays in reversal caused by your bank or PayU.
- Fraud & Chargebacks: Any fraudulent payment, chargeback, or dispute raised without legitimate grounds will result in immediate account suspension and, where warranted, reporting to relevant authorities.
7. Document Submission & Verification
As part of the application process, you are required to upload the following documents to the Platform:
- Passport-sized Photograph (recent, clear, frontal face)
- Aadhaar Card (front and back, clearly legible)
- Resume / CV (PDF or image format)
- Experience Certificate(s) (if applying as an experienced candidate)
By submitting documents, you represent and warrant that:
- All documents are genuine, authentic, and belong to you.
- No document has been forged, altered, fabricated, or digitally manipulated.
- You are the lawful owner of all identity documents submitted.
- You have not submitted documents belonging to another person.
Important - Document Fraud
Submission of forged, fabricated, or misrepresented documents constitutes fraud under the Indian Penal Code and applicable statutes. HinduSwad reserves the right to report such instances to law enforcement authorities, permanently ban the candidate from the Platform, and forfeit all fees paid. HinduSwad may share document fraud alerts with partner organisations and industry fraud databases.
Document Storage: Documents uploaded to the Platform are stored securely on encrypted cloud storage infrastructure (Supabase / AWS). Access is restricted to authorised HinduSwad personnel and, where required, partner organisations conducting verification. Documents are retained for the period specified in our Privacy Policy.
8. Assessment, Examination & Interview
- Assessment Requirement: Candidates applying for Permanent roles are required to complete an online MCQ-based aptitude assessment. The assessment covers basic aptitude, domain knowledge, and situational judgment.
- Integrity: You must complete the assessment independently without assistance from any third party. Any evidence of impersonation, external assistance, or use of unfair means will result in immediate disqualification, account termination, and forfeiture of fees.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates may be called for an in-person or video interview at the discretion of HinduSwad or the relevant partner organisation. Travel costs (if any) are the candidate's responsibility unless otherwise communicated.
- Selection Discretion: HinduSwad and its partner organisations retain absolute discretion in candidate selection. A candidate's completion of all application stages does not create any right or entitlement to selection, placement, or employment.
- Background Verification: All selected candidates will be subject to mandatory background verification, including address verification, identity confirmation, and criminal record checks, prior to final onboarding. Adverse findings may result in withdrawal of the offer without any liability to HinduSwad.
