Telecaller (Morning/Night Shift)

Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to communicate with customers, promote the company's services, generate leads, respond to customer enquiries, maintain accurate call records, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality customer service. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to achieve daily calling targets. A minimum qualification of PUC is required, and freshers are welcome to apply. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time. Initial Salary: ₹15,000 per month. Revised Salary: ₹20,000 per month after 6 months, subject to performance and confirmation. Shift timings will be assigned by the company based on business requirements. Performance incentives and other employee benefits will be provided as per company policy.
