Job Description
We are hiring Telecallers for HinduSwad’s Bangalore office. This is a full-time office-based role, and selected candidates must work from the Bangalore office only. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining job details clearly, answering candidate queries, following up with applicants, and maintaining call records and reports. Candidates should have minimum 12th pass qualification or graduate degree, with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or call center work preferred. Good communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge are required. Candidates must know Kannada, English; Hindi, Malayalam, Telgau, Tamil will be an added advantage.
