Job Description

We are hiring a Supervisor for HinduSwad operations across Tamil Nadu. This role includes managing Field Officers, monitoring daily work progress, coordinating with local operations, achieving targets, and ensuring proper field execution across assigned districts. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, MBA preferred, with experience in operations, sales, field management, or supervisory work. Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and team coordination skills are important. The candidate must be willing to travel within Tamil Nadu and handle field operations responsibly. Minimum salary is ₹50,000 per month for the first 6 months, with performance-based growth up to ₹65,000–₹70,000 per month after review. Preferred languages: Tamil, English, and Hindi.
