Job Description

We are hiring a Supervisor for HinduSwad operations across Maharashtra. This role involves leading Field Officers, tracking performance, managing daily field activity, coordinating with local operations, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned work in all districts. The candidate should be a graduate, MBA preferred, with strong experience in operations, sales, field management, or supervisory roles. Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and team-handling skills are essential. The person must be willing to travel within Maharashtra and manage on-ground coordination professionally. Minimum salary is ₹50,000 per month for the first 6 months, with performance-based growth up to ₹65,000–₹70,000 per month after review. Preferred languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English.
