Job Description

We are hiring a Supervisor for HinduSwad operations across Kerala. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing Field Officers, reviewing daily field progress, coordinating with local teams, guiding operations, and ensuring proper execution in all assigned districts. The candidate should be a graduate, with MBA preferred, and must have prior experience in operations, field supervision, sales, or team coordination. Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and follow-up skills are necessary. Candidates should be willing to travel within Kerala as required. Minimum salary is ₹50,000 per month for the first 6 months, with growth up to ₹65,000–₹70,000 per month based on performance review. Preferred languages: Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
