Job Description

We are hiring a Supervisor for HinduSwad operations across Karnataka. This is a senior field operations role responsible for managing Field Officers, monitoring daily performance, coordinating with local teams, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining smooth execution across assigned districts. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, with MBA preferred, and should have prior experience in operations, sales, field supervision, or team management. Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills are required. Candidates must be willing to travel within Karnataka and should be comfortable handling team coordination, follow-ups, and operational reporting. Minimum salary is ₹50,000 per month for the first 6 months, with performance-based growth up to ₹65,000–₹70,000 per month after review. Preferred languages: Kannada, English, and Hindi.
