Job Description

We are hiring a Supervisor for HinduSwad operations across Andhra Pradesh. This is a leadership role responsible for guiding Field Officers, monitoring performance, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring smooth execution of field activities in all assigned districts. The candidate should be a graduate, MBA preferred, with prior experience in operations, sales, supervision, or team handling. Strong communication, leadership, reporting, and organizational skills are required. Candidates must be willing to travel within Andhra Pradesh and manage teams professionally. Minimum salary is ₹50,000 per month for the first 6 months, with performance-based growth up to ₹65,000–₹70,000 per month after review. Preferred languages: Telugu, English, and Hindi.
