Sales Officers

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Officer to promote the company's services, acquire new customers, build strong client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets within the allocated territory. The role involves conducting field visits, identifying business opportunities, generating leads, explaining company services, collecting market feedback, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth sales operations. Candidates should have good communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills with a willingness to travel for field work. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as a Delivery Partner with platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar companies and have successfully completed more than 600 deliveries with a 4+ star customer rating. Candidates with prior experience in field sales, marketing, or customer acquisition roles will also be preferred. PUC, Diploma, or any Bachelor's degree holders may apply, and freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time. Location: Assigned Area. Initial Salary: ₹15,000 per month. Revised Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month after 6 months, subject to performance and confirmation. Travel support, performance incentives, and other employee benefits will be provided as per company policy.
