Regional Manager/ Regional Head
Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Head to manage all operations within the assigned region by leading State Heads, Supervisors, and Field Officers. The role includes ensuring smooth field execution, achieving regional business targets, monitoring performance, reporting to senior management, and supporting business expansion. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills with a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience in operations or regional management. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time. Initial Salary: ₹55,000 per month. Revised Salary: ₹62,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month after 6 months, subject to performance and confirmation. Performance incentives, travel allowances, and other employee benefits will be provided as per company policy.
