General Manager - All Over INDIA

Job Description

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee and drive overall business operations, sales, and field execution across Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The role involves setting strategic goals, managing regional and field teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent growth in revenue, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing business strategies, monitoring performance of Regional Managers and Field Officers, managing budgets and P&L for the assigned zone, driving key initiatives in sales and marketing, and ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance. The General Manager will also work closely with senior leadership to align regional plans with company objectives, analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and resolve critical operational challenges. Candidates should have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with proven experience in managing multi-state operations, large field teams, and sales-driven businesses. Prior experience in field sales, operations, or general management in a similar multi-location setup will be highly preferred. Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM holders or candidates with equivalent senior-level experience in operations, sales, or business management may apply.
