Job Description

We are looking for a General Manager to provide strategic leadership across the assigned North or South Zone. The role involves overseeing Regional Heads, driving business growth, monitoring overall performance, and ensuring the achievement of company objectives. Candidates should possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) and 8–10 years of relevant experience. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time. Initial Salary: ₹1.20 Lakhs to ₹2.50 Lakhs per month. Salary revision will be based on performance and company structure. Performance incentives and other employee benefits will be provided as per company policy.
